In Short

  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in iGaming, gambling, forex, crypto, or fintech.
  • Understanding of the PSP industry and knowledge of effective channels for finding payment providers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in setting up payment processing from scratch and managing payment cascading.
  • Understanding of payment conversion principles.
  • Willingness to attend industry conferences.
  • Experience working with payment systems, understanding of payment gateways and processing systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in fraud monitoring and chargeback handling.
  • Management of a P2P payment system.
  • Setting up cascading and transaction routing in a Payment Hub.
