HR Performance Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy HR professional to manage, optimize, and maintain our HR performance management systems—primarily Lattice—and provide support across HR operations. This role ensures our performance management tools are aligned with business goals and are functioning at peak efficiency.

In Short

• Manage and optimize HR performance management systems.
• Coordinate performance review cycles in partnership with HRBPs.
• Administer and manage the performance management platform (Lattice).
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the performance system.
• Serve as the primary contact for system support and performance process inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR partners to enhance performance management processes.
• Lead or support system implementations and integration projects.
• Provide backup for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and special projects.
• 5+ years in HR with a focus on performance systems administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years in HR; with 3+ years in performance systems administration.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and performance management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in data reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
