Overview

The Tax Associate Admin at BPM is responsible for supporting tax processing, administrative tasks, and enhancing client experiences while working in a collaborative and caring environment.

In Short

• Assemble and e-file tax returns and extensions.
• Check accuracy of incoming documents and manage scanning processes.
• Provide administrative support to various staff members.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Experience in CCH Axcess tax is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with DocuSign and CRM software is a plus.
• Collaboration and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
