Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at BPM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of our clients post-implementation, acting as a strategic advisor and relationship manager.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of Intacct clients post-implementation.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews with clients.
  • Address challenges and advocate for client needs.
  • Develop success plans aligned with client goals.
  • Identify optimization opportunities for Intacct features.
  • Monitor license renewal timelines and assist with contracts.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams for service expansion.
  • Coordinate with support teams for issue resolution.
  • Track account health and satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • Prior experience with Sage Intacct preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools.
