Elements Hospitality is seeking a Director of Development to lead our business development efforts within the hospitality industry, focusing on cultivating and sustaining partnerships while identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

• High School diploma, advanced education preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in hospitality or business development.

• Strategic thinker with execution skills.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective communicator with attention to detail.
• Leadership abilities within the team and company.
