Vice President of Strategic Partnerships - Remote

Overview

Eleanor Health is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B partnership strategy. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will focus on building and scaling relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, behavioral health digital platforms, hospital systems, government departments, and other relevant organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare business development, a passion for behavioral health - particularly substance use disorder (SUD) treatment - and a proven track record of securing and growing high-impact partnerships.

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for establishing and expanding B2B partnerships.
• Identify, engage, and negotiate agreements with potential partners.
• Own and achieve revenue targets for the B2B channel.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
• Represent Eleanor Health at industry events and conferences.
• Utilize analytics to track partnership success and optimize strategies.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development.
• Deep understanding of healthcare facilities and decision-making processes.
• Proven track record of securing high-impact partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
