The Healthcare Technical Support Specialist at U.S. Bank provides quality support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and core business applications, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to hospitals, doctor offices, and pharmacies.
  • Respond to end user inquiries and resolve problems associated with telecommunications networks.
  • Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Document all activities and follow up with users to ensure resolution.
  • Utilize various software packages, including Microsoft Office.
  • Manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Preferred experience with Elavon.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in telecommunications or applications programming is preferred.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Elavon is preferred.
