Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at OTTO By Rockwell Automation, you will provide remote post-sales customer service and technical support to our growing list of customers globally.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Well organized and responsive with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of technology and robotics.
• Solid grasp of software architecture and IT systems.
• Knowledge in ROS, Linux (Ubuntu), C, C++, Python.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and computer networking.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
