Overview

The Renewal Manager - Enterprise provides focus and drives consistency in the execution of various customer renewal and revenue retention related matters. A successful Enterprise Renewal Manager will manage the successful renewal process of strategic and enterprise accounts, as well as aid in efforts of customer success and retention activities.

In Short

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance renewal rates and revenue retention.
  • Manage segmented cadence for effective renewal forecast and projection.
  • Coordinate a streamlined process for annual contract renewals.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Ability to achieve success with at-risk customer renewals.
  • Drive revenue expansion at renewal point.
  • Ensure effective communication on all account inquiries.
  • Maintain Egnyte’s best practices and methodologies.
  • Report directly to Manager of Customer Renewals.
  • Travel potential: up to 10%.

  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships.
  • Understanding of revenue principles and forecasting.
  • Highly data-driven mindset and passion for analytics.

  • Ability to make effective decisions for revenue strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
