Overview

The Commercial Manager will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution and compliance with contract terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Proven experience in analyzing contract variations and claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Qualified by a recognized international body (RICS or CIArb) is advantageous.
• Prior experience in infrastructure projects.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts.
• Ability to work autonomously.
