AuditBoard is seeking a passionate and motivated Renewals Manager to join our dynamic Client Advisory Services team, focusing on maintaining market-leading retention rates and driving revenue growth.

In Short

  • Develop and implement strategic renewal plans.

  • Generate and deliver renewal quotes accurately.
  • Manage coordination and execution of renewal documents.
  • Provide accurate rolling 180-day forecasts.
  • Gather customer insights and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth processes.
  • Maintain a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ensure timely renewals and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS renewals, sales, or account management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of key SaaS metrics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field is a plus.
