Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Egnyte is responsible for driving product adoption, maintaining healthy partnerships, and managing day-to-day activities with strategic AEC customers to foster a 'Customers for Life' environment and ensure customer retention.

  • Data analysis skills using various tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
