In Short

• Lead a team of security engineers implementing secure solutions.
• Drive engineering maturity and high-quality execution of security initiatives.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and portfolio delivery leads.
• Ensure successful handover of solutions to Security Services.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards for continuous improvement.
• Work with Service Delivery teams to define security services scope.
• Produce high-standard monthly reporting for stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and support their career progression.
• Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment.
• Security Check (SC) clearance is required.

Requirements

• Experience in leading security implementations.
• Strong interest in product strategy and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Security Design practices.
• Experience in transforming teams into service-oriented functions.
• Knowledge of optimizing security controls and technologies.
• Exposure to agile delivery frameworks like SAFe.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop tailored training plans for engineers.
• Experience in producing reports for management.
