Overview

This position offers an opportunity to join the growing US Immunology Business at Bristol Myers Squibb as a Senior District Business Manager, focusing on the launch of a new dermatology product.

• Lead a team of 8-10 Territory Business Managers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in building and leading high-performance teams.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Preferred experience in dermatology and product launches.
• Proven performance in field sales management.
• Understanding of the psoriasis market.
• Knowledge of environmental and industry trends.
