Overview

The RWDR Sr Manager is responsible for performing non-interventional research projects in support of key customer groups, conducting thorough data analysis, and collaborating with various teams to present results effectively.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (biostatistics, epidemiology).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Epidemiology/Outcomes Research.
• Ability to analyze observational data.
• Proficient in R programming (3 years’ experience).
• Effective communication skills for presenting study findings.
• Experience managing research projects.
• Knowledge of statistical methods in outcomes research.
