This position is for a Senior Research Manager who will lead research efforts to enhance customer experience and human-centered design for a federal agency.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required.
• Must obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside and work in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in UX/CX research or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
