• Lead the execution of DuneCon 2025.
• Own end-to-end event management.
• Oversee logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with Web3 communities for participation.
• Secure industry partners and sponsors.
• Work on marketing and promotion strategies.
• Manage guest and speaker relations.
• Ensure smooth on-site execution of the event.
• Measure success through KPIs and feedback.
• 5+ years of event management experience required.
