Dune is on a mission to make crypto data accessible through a collaborative multi-chain analytics platform. We are looking for a growth leader to build and scale systems that convert our user base into a repeatable, high-performing product-led growth engine.

• Define and execute Dune’s growth strategy with senior leadership.
• Build and manage a high-impact growth team.

Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B growth and/or product roles, with leadership experience.
• Success in B2B SaaS, data, or PLG environments.
• Former founder/operator mindset, thriving in ambiguity.
• Fluent in growth systems and paid conversion loops.
• Strong data intuition and experience with analytics tools.
• Cross-functional leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with growth tools and dashboards.
