Finance & Ops Associate - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for day-to-day finance operations.
• Review work of external accountants and manage expense systems.
• Contribute to treasury management and strategic initiatives.
• Improve financial processes with automation and AI tools.
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate financial records.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and cross-functional finance projects.
• Work closely with external accountants for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage personnel expense and travel systems.
• Refine internal processes and controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance operations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and understanding of accounting principles.
• Proactive and self-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in automation and AI in finance processes.
• Excited to grow in a small team with broad responsibilities.
