Senior Expert in Learning & Development - Remote

Overview

This position is initially limited to one year and can be performed at any of our locations such as Stuttgart, Berlin, Cologne, Madrid, Vienna, or from your preferred location and hybrid from the Mobile Office.

In Short

• Conceptualize and implement global concepts, tools, and processes in Learning & Development.
• Further develop personnel development tools such as potential diagnostics, talent management, and succession planning.
• Provide competent advice and support to our leaders, employees, and HR business partners on all matters related to Learning & Development.
• Strategically expand the internal training academy.
• Consult relevant stakeholders and leaders.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a comparable field; additional training is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in international personnel development.
• Very good knowledge of global personnel development processes and tools.
• Fluent in German and English, with intercultural competence.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our international locations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, high consulting competence, and confidence.
