Overview

The LMS Developer will drive the development and maintenance of our Learning Management System, customizing features, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring user-friendliness.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Customize and configure LMS platforms for various learning activities.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency.
• Develop front-end and back-end components using CSS, HTML, JavaScript.
• Implement API calls and WebHooks for automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS.
• Onboard and mentor new internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate e-learning solutions.
• Manage data reporting within PowerBI for the Learning & Development Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Advanced experience in LMS Administration and Development.
• 3+ years in a related field.
• Certifications in LMS systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in CSS, HTML, Java, PHP, API Calls, WebHooks.
• Knowledge of database management preferred.
• Proficient in PowerBI and data reporting tools.
