Overview

The Strategic Partner Manager II will lead the relationship with merchant partners, ensuring sustained success and increased sales through upselling and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a post-sales or Account Manager role.
  • Strong customer empathy and adaptability to meet unique goals.
  • Ability to create data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience managing project timelines and expectations.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, including complex spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce and Google Apps.
  • Experience managing a book of business in small to mid-sized markets.
