Requirements

• 6+ years of HR/ER experience; 3+ years as HR/ER Business Partner.
• Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Owner mentality with a strong bias for action.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience in tech/startup environments is a plus.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to advocate for employee needs and culture.
