Overview

The Senior Stock Administrator will help drive the long-term vision and strategy for the equity team, launching world-class equity programs and ensuring seamless execution of equity-related transactions.

In Short

• Own the administration of global equity plans.
• Develop processes for employee inquiries to support HR operations.
• Collaborate with the Equity Operations Manager on program changes.
• Support monthly/quarterly equity reporting.
• Maintain data integrity in equity platforms.
• Work with HR and Payroll for accurate data maintenance.
• Handle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service for equity participants.
• Work independently and with team/business partners.
• Identify and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration.
• Understanding of global equity operations and taxation.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong track record of achievement.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.
• Customer-obsessed attitude for equity support.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• CEP designation or in progress is a plus.
• Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and Equity Edge Online is advantageous.
