Senior Associate, DashMart - Labor Strategy & Operations - Remote

Overview

This role is focused on managing labor modeling and finance reporting within the DashMart team at DoorDash, supporting the growth of the business.

• Manage labor modeling and finance reporting.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in retail, labor planning, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL.
• Experience in labor modeling is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
