Overview

The Senior Associate will help define, test, and scale Drive’s next biggest bets within the Strategic Initiatives team at DoorDash.

In Short

• Build and own the business to drive growth and adoption of top priority projects.
• Develop and foster relationships with key merchant partners.
• Build a strong understanding of product market fit and develop a go-to-market strategy.
• Guide operational improvements for merchant partners.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive growth.
• Evaluate and test various revenue, cost, and quality drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to provide recommendations from complex datasets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Charisma to connect with merchants and internal teams.
