Operations Senior Associate - Remote

Overview

The Operations Senior Associate will report to the Head of Operations of CB Payments Ltd. and will support with both strategic & operational work required to build and scale the operations function in the UK and drive country growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in financial services or operations strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and improve processes.
• Collaborative work style with senior management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Looker.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Target annual salary range of £81,630 - £90,700.
