The Associate, Strategic Initiatives will drive strategic planning and operational excellence across DoorDash's Merchant organization, enabling effective decision-making and building scalable operations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or strategic operations.
• Ability to think in systems and envision scalable solutions.
• Capability to juggle multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences.
• Technical proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Executive presence for effective management of high-stakes conversations.
