Analyst, Strategic Initiatives - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will support the overall Finance function for a large, multi-brand retailer in a fast-paced, complex environment, providing guidance, data, and analysis to various business units and the Executive Leadership teams.

In Short

• Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
• Deliver financials related to financial close and internal/external reporting.
• Provide financial support and analysis to internal groups.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior year expenses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners.
• Participate in diverse projects and assignments.
• Ensure reports are accurate and distributed timely.
• Support financial performance management activities.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Requirements

• Understanding of financial statements and general ledgers.
• Experience with Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
