This role involves partnering with global brands and corporate functions to drive value in non-Merchandise procurement, focusing on marketing categories, strategic vendor relationships, and optimizing purchasing power.

  • Effectively manage competing priorities and explore innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Procurement or related field, preferably in Marketing categories.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
  • Specialized expertise in retail fashion and Marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred; certifications like Six Sigma or CPSM are a plus.
