Merchant Experience Partner - Remote

Overview

The Merchant Experience Partner will work closely with high-value merchants to enhance their experience on the DoorDash platform, ensuring their support needs are met and fostering long-lasting relationships.

• Collaborate and troubleshoot on important issues for Merchants.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or customer support.
• B2 English level or higher.
• High School Degree or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Basic knowledge of Excel tools.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Experience providing advisory support.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
