Overview

Dodge Construction Network is looking for a Senior Account Executive responsible for driving net new logo sales of the full Dodge product suite to local small and midsize businesses (SMB) in the commercial construction industry.

In Short

  • Drive new business development and revenue generation.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of SMB opportunities.
  • Pursue sales leads within an assigned territory.
  • Engage with key decision makers to introduce Dodge products.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and utilize various communication methods.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Utilize CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales personnel for opportunity identification.
  • Maintain high organizational discipline and executional rigor.
  • Travel as needed for face-to-face meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology.
  • Proven expertise in high velocity inside sales motions.
  • Strong understanding of SMB customer dynamics.
  • Exceptional objection handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or related CRMs.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Coachable mindset and ownership of outcomes.
  • Ability to present information effectively to groups.
