Overview

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving net new logo sales of the full Dodge product suite to local small and midsize businesses (SMB) in the commercial construction industry. This role is critical to the organization, focusing on new business development, revenue generation, and targeted growth.

In Short

  • Build and establish a pipeline of new local SMB prospects.
  • Pursue sales leads within assigned territory.
  • Gain understanding of specialized products and markets.
  • Identify key decision makers to introduce Dodge products.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to close new business.
  • Partner with Senior Sales personnel to identify opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels.
  • Complete daily KPI expectations for prospecting.
  • Update prospecting pipeline in real time.
  • Accurately forecast and maintain pipeline in CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in high velocity sales motions.
  • Well-versed in solution-based selling.
  • Exceptional objection handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities.
  • High degree of organizational discipline.
  • Superior personal integrity and ownership of outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to present information effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or related CRMs.
