The Premium Support Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring that Premium Support customers enjoy a seamless experience with our products, focusing on technical support and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary support contact for Premium Support accounts.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct monthly ticket reviews to enhance support experience.
  • Provide multi-channel technical support via various communication methods.
  • Advocate for the business needs of Premium clients.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of customer interactions.
  • Ensure successful delivery of Premium Support offerings.
  • Diagnose software application issues and propose solutions.

  • Manage customer issues through to resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in SaaS technical support.
  • Strong customer-centered behaviors and technical proficiency.
  • Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter mindset with a collaborative nature.
  • Critical thinking skills for innovative problem-solving.
