Overview

The Strategic Partnership Manager - France will be the driving force of our commercial activities in France - sign new clients and develop existing customers.

In Short

  • Work with the leadership team to develop an annual sales plan.
  • Assume responsibility for delivering the annual sales plan.
  • Full ownership of the end-to-end sales process.
  • Coverage of all client development activities.
  • Identify calls for bids and lead tendering opportunities.
  • Grow and develop your network in the French healthcare community.
  • Attend events such as conferences and trade shows.
  • Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Work with the leadership team to produce regular forecasts.
  • Work with Marketing staff to develop a marketing plan.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in selling complex products in healthcare.
  • Experience in a digital healthcare or medical software business.
  • Deep understanding of the French healthcare systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in French and English is a must.
  • Ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels.
  • Intellectually curious and willing to take ownership.
