Overview

The Customer Care Specialist II (CCSII) serves as the primary point of contact for Private Store internal partners and clients, providing knowledgeable and results-oriented service.

In Short

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and relevant experience.
  • 4 years client service experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Automotive experience is a plus.
  • Motivated self-starter with interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Must reside within driving distance of specified locations.
