Overview

The Sales & Marketing Solutions Specialist III is responsible for cultivating customer relationships and understanding their business challenges to provide value through Dun & Bradstreet’s product offerings.

In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their evolving business needs.
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts through renewals and upselling.
  • Map D&B solutions to customer needs, demonstrating subject matter expertise.
  • Identify customer needs by meeting with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities and create customer-specific buying visions.
  • Bridge customer feedback to product development teams.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce for planning and forecasting.
  • Participate in account planning and business reviews.
  • Requires wide-ranging experience in sales.
  • Expected to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 12+ years of experience in selling solutions and generating revenue growth.
  • Ability to assess client environments and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Track record in managing complex sales and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in sales methodologies and tools like Salesforce.
  • Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Continuous growth mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders and teams.
