• Help shape the future of no-code/low-code development as an Engineering Manager for Ditto's App Platform.
• Lead a distributed team of engineers to develop scalable, performant, and user-friendly applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Guide a team of 6–8 skilled engineers, supporting their technical success and career development.
• Plan and execute high-quality engineering solutions that align with business and technical goals.
• Drive best practices in front-end and mobile architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the vision for Ditto’s no-code platform.
• Oversee the development and deployment of iOS and Android applications.
• Cultivate a culture of trust, collaboration, and continual improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end and/or mobile development.
• Proven track record of shipping mobile apps.
• Experience designing scalable front-end systems and back-end services.
• Solid understanding of front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams with strong communication skills.
• A high level of self-direction and responsibility in leading teams.
