• Lead and mentor a regional squad of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs).
• Drive enterprise-grade reliability and incident management.
• Architect observability solutions across distributed systems.
• Engage in incident management and ensure continual improvement.
• Implement SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs aligned with business objectives.
• Establish best practices for documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Manage on-call rotations and incident response procedures.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams for system resilience.
• Promote a high-performing team culture through mentoring.
• Take ownership of problems and identify initiatives for improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Strong experience with monitoring stacks like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Proficiency in systems programming languages (Go, Rust, C, Java).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication skills for incident management.
• Experience maintaining on-call rotations.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Proven project management skills.
