Distribusion is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace, providing seamless access to ground transportation online. We are looking for (Senior) Technical Partnerships Managers to join our Carrier Operations team to drive performance improvements of key carrier partnerships.

In Short

• Provide technical consultation to new partners during product implementation.
• Ensure certification standards are met for transport operators.
• Define and execute growth initiatives of both commercial and technical nature.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders across various teams.
• Conceptualize and implement operational processes and tooling.
• Target automation in operational processes.
• Build relationships to enhance engagement with our product.
• Guide development for core offerings.
• Increase stickiness to our brand.
• Work remotely from Japan.

Requirements

• Experience in technical partnerships or similar roles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and implement processes.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus.
• Proven track record in driving growth initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
