We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner professional who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring talented members. This is a 4-month project focusing on the tech talent hiring.

In Short

• Source and attract Talent for all our vacancies across multiple locations in the EU, Brazil and South East Asia.
• Develop hiring manager relationships and manage expectations.
• Interview and assess active & passive talent.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition practices.
• Develop & support employer branding activities.
• Participate in process improvement implementation.
• Understand the business and create industry-specific content.
• Workplace: South East Asia, remote.

Requirements

• Experience in talent attraction and acquisition.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience managing processes with ATS.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Comfortable in a start-up environment.
• Passionate about Talent topics.
• Ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience in leading key hiring projects.
