Overview

As an Engineering Manager at DISCO, you will combine technical expertise with strong leadership to guide a small team of engineers in delivering impactful outcomes for DISCO and our customers.

• Define and track OKRs in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Guide technical discovery and review designs.
• Mentor and grow engineers through regular 1:1s.
