Overview

The Scaled Customer Success Manager at DISCO will focus on driving customer engagement and revenue growth across a portfolio of SMB accounts, converting trial users into long-term customers.

  • Exceptional communication skills in a remote setting
  • A data-driven mindset to improve adoption and growth
  • Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
