In Short

  • Lead and inspire a team of 10+ digital marketers.
  • Manage a portfolio of startup and SMB clients.

  • Shape the strategic direction of the Startups division.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and other service lines.
  • Develop Associate Directors into strong client leaders.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in performance marketing, specifically in B2B and SaaS.
  • Experience managing high-volume accounts and teams.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Fluency in paid media platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Strong executive presence and composure under pressure.
  • Comfort with KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reputation for reliability and follow-through.
