Overview

The P&C Systems Support Specialist provides comprehensive support to the P&C Operations team, focusing on download, suspense, and Applied Epic migrations to ensure operational excellence.

In Short

  • Resolve Applied Epic support tickets with technical expertise.
  • Maintain high service standards and professionalism.
  • Process suspense items in Applied Epic accurately.
  • Assist with integration support and system configuration.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas and follow up on action items.
  • Support data review and cleanup during migration processes.
  • Manage user lifecycle tasks and maintain security groups.
  • Support training initiatives for agency staff.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience with Applied Epic and related systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed processes and project plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred or relevant P&C experience.
  • Active P&C license in home state preferred.
