Overview

The Systems Support Specialist will act as the first point of escalation for technology issues within CME Federal Credit Union, providing essential support to Associates and Members.

In Short

Act as the first point of escalation for Associate and Member technology issues.
Primary contact for Symitar, Synergy & Banno-related operational issues.
Provide support for the Meridian Link suite of products.
Deploy and configure new hardware and software.
Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning.
Must be friendly, approachable, and patient.
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are required.
Organized multitasker focused on solving problems.
Two-year college degree in IT or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years customer service and advanced technology experience required.

2 years customer service experience.
2 years advanced technology experience.
Experience in a financial institution preferred.
CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
