IT Systems & Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Systems & Support Specialist to serve as a critical technical resource, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, security, and support of our core infrastructure and applications for our globally distributed team.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues.
• Administer the centralized ticketing portal.
• Manage the lifecycle of corporate devices.
• Utilize Mobile Device Management platforms for security.
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Identify recurring technical issues and implement solutions.
• Work independently and align with US time zone requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to non-technical staff.
• Experience in a remote, multinational work environment is preferred.

Requirements

• 4 Years of professional experience in IT support or similar function.
• Expertise with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience managing Mac OS and Windows OS environments.
• Practical experience with network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management principles.
• Experience with formal process creation and management.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Willingness to work US EST hours.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
