Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecom Client Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our telecom management and TEM clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires an individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and work closely with internal teams to address any issues that arise.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned telecom management and TEM clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client requests.
  • Analyze client usage to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Develop client success plans to achieve satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Communicate updates on product/service enhancements to clients.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Review meetings to discuss performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for seamless client transitions.
  • Track and report on client success metrics.
  • Manage telecom renewal pricing and contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client success or account management in telecom.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights.
  • Proven track record of achieving client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Strong project management skills for managing multiple clients.
  • Knowledge of telecom products and services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools.
