Telecom Auditor - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the Operations and Sales groups, working with internal staff to complete and present Telecom Audits.

In Short

• Minimum of 5+ years Telecommunications experience, including Telecom account auditing.
• Self-managed and driven candidate.
• Assist internal Operations and Sales groups as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Proficient in voice & data services and interpretation of carrier CSRs.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks timely.
• Superior communication and issue resolution skills.
• Manage audits and collaborate with internal audit group.
• Maintain inventory and initiate tickets in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Present audit findings and track action items with carriers.

Requirements

• 5+ years working in a Telecommunications related field.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of PC and applications.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and determined attitude.
• Passion for auditing and attention to detail.
