ServiceNow Trainer / Instructor (Administrator & Developer) - Remote

Overview

The Digital Career Institute (DCI) has been successfully training individuals for the digital workforce for 10 years. With state-funded training programs, we guide thousands of participants into future-oriented jobs each year. We are now looking to expand our portfolio to include ServiceNow - a platform with immense demand in the job market. We seek an experienced trainer to assist us in developing the curriculum for ServiceNow Administrator and ServiceNow Developer.

In Short

• Develop and structure a practical curriculum for ServiceNow Administration and Development.
• Prepare learning materials for participants without prior ServiceNow knowledge.
• Teach topics such as user and role management, workflow automation, ITSM/ITOM modules, app development on the Now Platform, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Collaborate closely with the educational team for modern, interactive course design.
• Continuously adapt content to current market requirements and new ServiceNow releases.
• Optional: Conduct teaching activities in online live sessions.

Requirements

• Completed studies or training in the relevant field (please send your degree certificate).
• Several years of professional experience with ServiceNow Administration and/or Development.
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Practical experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
• Experience in training, curriculum design, or knowledge transfer is desirable.
• Ability to explain complex technical content simply and practically.
• Very good German or English language skills.
